🔑 Booking & Check-In FAQs

  1. What is the minimum age to book a cabin?
    Most of our cabins require the primary renter to be at least 21-23 years old, depending on the property.
    If you are under the required age, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
    Please send us a message before booking so we can review your request.
  2. What time is check-in and check-out? Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
    Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 or 11:00 AM, depending on the cabin.
    Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, but must be approved in advance. Please message us to check availability.
  3. How do I access the cabin? Is there a key or smart lock?
    All cabins use a smart lock. You will receive this along with the check-in instructions 3 days before your arrival.
  4. Do I need to sign a rental agreement?
    Yes, all guests must sign a rental agreement before arrival.
  5. Do you offer discounts?
    We do offer discounts to returning guests who have stayed with us before. Send us an email with your information and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  6. Is same-day booking allowed?
    Yes! Same-day bookings are welcome.

🐾 Pet Policy FAQs

  1. Are pets allowed at your cabins?
    Yes, dogs are allowed at our pet-friendly cabins. Please check each listing for pet-friendly availability.
  2. Is there a pet fee?
    Yes, there is a $100 pet fee per stay.
  3. Are there breed or age restrictions for dogs?
    Yes, restrictions may apply. Please message us for approval.
  4. Can dogs be left alone in the cabin?
    Please message us before booking to discuss your dog's behavior and needs—approval required.
  5. Do any of the cabins have fenced-in yards or pet-friendly features?
    Some of our cabins have partially fenced yards, others do not. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we can help match you with the right cabin.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy FAQs

  1. What is your cancellation policy?
    One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
    Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
    For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, we typically do not offer refunds; however, the sooner you message us, the more likely we may be able to assist with alternatives, including moving your reservation to future dates.
    *Cancellations may be subject to a 5% processing fee.
  2. Should I purchase Travel Insurance?
    Yes, we do recommend you purchase travel insurance. You are given this option at checkout. Be sure to read all the terms of the insurance to know what is covered.
  3. Can I change my dates instead of canceling?
    Date changes are subject to approval and availability.

🔥 Cabin Amenities FAQs

  1. Is there a hot tub or fire pit? Are they available year-round?
    Some of our cabins feature hot tubs and/or fire pits. Available all year round. 
  2. What kind of coffee maker is in the cabin (Keurig, drip, etc.)?
    Our cabins include both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for your convenience. We kindly ask guests to bring their K-Cups, ground coffee, and any other favorites.
  3. Do you provide firewood for indoor fireplaces or outdoor fire pits?
    We do not provide firewood for outdoor fire pits. All of our fireplaces are Electric or Gas, so no wood is required.
  4. Is there Wi-Fi?
    Yes, of course!
  5. Do you have cable or streaming services like Roku or Netflix?
    Our cabins feature Roku-equipped TVs. Simply log in with your own streaming accounts like Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+. We do not currently offer cable channels.
  6. Are towels, sheets, and basic toiletries provided?
    Yes! Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). For longer stays, we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies as needed.
  7. Is there a washer and dryer in the cabin?
    Most of our cabins offer access to laundry. Be sure to review the details of each cabin.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guest Policies & House Rules

  1. How many guests are allowed in each cabin?
    The maximum number of guests varies by cabin. Please refer to the specific listing for details on occupancy limits.
  2. Can I host a party or event at the cabin?
    We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at any of our cabins. We strive to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.
  3. Is smoking allowed?
    All of our cabins are strictly non-smoking cabins.
  4. Do you allow RVs, trailers, or extra vehicles?
    Parking availability varies each cabin. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring an RV, trailer, or more than two vehicles so we can help you plan accordingly.
  5. Can we view the property before booking?
    At this time, we’re not able to offer property viewings before booking. However, we’re happy to answer any questions you may have and details to help you feel confident in your decision.
